On Sunday, April 14, popular multi-award winning musical group, The Sound will be featured at Piney Grove Chapel Baptist Church during a special musical worship service beginning at 6:00pm. 

Comprised of Rob Mills, and sons Levi and Jacob, this Dove Award winning band, collectively known as The Sound, has captured the attention of audiences nationwide with their distinct, country-pop inspired music. They’ve entertained millions via television and social media, as well as live audiences and have shared stages with Gospel music icons like Bill and Gloria Gaither, Mark Lowry, Jason Crabb and Sandi Patty, just to name a few. Since 2019, their short career has been marked by four consecutive chart-topping songs and five Dove Award nominations. Their latest recording, God Is Real is a trailblazing record that incorporates elements of Nashville country-pop with worship. Released in 2022, the recording received the Dove Award for Country Album of the Year.

Piney Grove Chapel Baptist Church is located at 4440 Piney Grove Road, five miles east of Angier, just off Hwy 210.  No admission or tickets are required for this evening; however, a love offering will be received.
